Crew 12: kids in 1st & 2nd grade. We open the morning at Large Group in the Fellowship Hall...a.k.a. "Base Camp". We follow the 252 Kids curriculum for 1st and 2nd graders like our older friends in 3rd - 6th grade.
Crew 34: kids in 3rd & 4th grade. We open the morning at Large Group in the Fellowship Hall...a.k.a. "Base Camp". We follow the 252 Kids curriculum for 3rd & 4th graders like our older friends in 5th - 6th grade.
Crew 56: kids in 5th & 6th grade. We open the morning at Large Group in the Fellowship Hall...a.k.a. "Base Camp". We follow the 252 Kids curriculum for 5th & 6th graders before we move up to "Junior Crew" in 7th grade.
Junior Crew: teens in 7th & 8th grade help at opening for Base Camp in the Fellowship Hall and then break off to their own crew for discussions and learning.
High School aged teens and young adults are invited to "keep exploring" their gifts and abilities as they serve on Sunday mornings. Match your gifts and skill set to a variety of ways to serve: in children's ministry as a leader, co-leader, tech crew, large group leader, song leader; or in worship as a communion assistant, tech crew usher and more.
BASE CAMP
FORMERLY KNOWN AS:
"SUNDAY SCHOOL"
Start the week off at Base Camp, where we'll get supplies and training for the week ahead. Learn how to follow Jesus out of the church building to BE the Church in the world. Every week we begin with a time of worship & large group teaching. We then move to small groups & dig in a bit more to what we've learned.
The Bunny Crew is for children up to 23 months. We meet in the Nursery at 8:00, 9:30 and 11:00 AM on Sundays!
The Fox Crew is for children ages 24 months to 35 months. Join us each week at 9:15 AM for our opening play time in the PreSchool. We follow the 'First Look' curriculum for ages 2-3 and join with our friends each week for a Bible story, worship songs and a visit from a friendly owl!
The Otter Crew is for children ages 3 years old to 5 years old. Join us each week at 9:15 AM for our opening play time in the PreSchool. We follow the 'First Look' curriculum for ages 3-5, and join with our friends each week for a Bible story, worship songs and a visit from a friendly owl!
The Deer Crew is for our Kindergarten age friends. We meet at 9:15 AM in the PreSchool for opening play before we dig into our large and small group activities. We follow the 252 Kids curriculum for Kindergarten like our older friends in 1st - 6th grade, be we still like to be in the PreSchool area for 'our size' chairs, tables and toys! We join our younger friends for a Bible story, worship singing and a visit from a very special owl!
